How does an NDIS clean work?
If you qualify for NDIS cleaning services, our domestic services are available.
As a registered NDIS provider, we work closely with the NDIA to ensure we’ve considered your disability-related requirements when creating a cleaning plan.
We’ll assign a certified NDIS cleaner to tidy up your space – the precise details of the service will depend on how you manage your existing NDIA plan.
Plan Managed
If you have appointed a Plan Manager to handle your NDIS services, it is necessary to sign an Active Service Agreement with us before commencing house cleaning services with us.
The negotiations for this agreement are facilitated by your Plan Manager, who utilises it to manage your NDIS funds.
If you prefer, we can provide a separate invoice for your financial receipts to keep you engaged in managing your funds.
Self Managed
Our self-managed participants can either obtain a service agreement drafted by us or proceed without one.
However, all self-managed participants must book cleaning services through our website or customer service team, pay on the day, and receive an invoice to be personally claimed through the myplace NDIS portal.
Agency Managed
If the NDIA manages your plan, we can readily provide you with a service agreement due to our status as a registered NDIS provider.
Our services can be tailored easily to your needs, as the NDIA will provide us with detailed information on your disability support needs.
