We offer domestic cleaning services to NDIS recipients.
As a registered NDIS provider, we collaborate with the NDIA to ensure your disability-related needs are considered when devising a cleaning plan.
We’ll then assign a fully trained cleaner to spruce up your residence. Depending on how you manage your current NDIA plan, you can determine the exact specifications of the service.
Before beginning house cleaning services with us, you must sign an Active Service Agreement if you have a
Plan Manager handling your NDIS services.
Your Plan Manager will use this agreement to manage your NDIS funds.
We can also provide a separate invoice for financial receipts if you prefer to manage your funds yourself.
Self-managed participants can choose to have us draft a service agreement or not.
Regardless of your choice, self-managed participants must book cleaning services through our website, pay on the day, and receive an invoice that you can claim on the myplace NDIS portal.
Participants who are Agency managed will have payments made from their NDIS account directly to us after we’ve completed your cleaning service.
The NDIA manages these clients’ invoices and payments.
