You can access our domestic services if you qualify for NDIS cleaning services. As an NDIS registered provider, we work with the NDIA to incorporate your unique disability-related needs into a personalised cleaning plan. We’ll assign you an NDIS-approved cleaner to take care of your home, and the precise details of the service will depend on how you manage your current NDIA plan.
Plan Managed
To commence house cleaning services with us, you must sign an Active Service
Agreement if you have appointed a Plan Manager to oversee your NDIS services.
Your Plan Manager will facilitate the negotiation process for this agreement, using it to manage your NDIS funds.
If preferred, we can provide a separate invoice for your financial receipts, allowing you to participate in the management of your funds.
Self Managed
Self-managed participants can obtain a service agreement we prepared or go ahead without one.
However, all self-managed participants must book cleaning services through our website or customer service team, pay on the day, and receive an invoice you can personally claim through the myplace NDIS portal.
Agency Managed
As an NDIS registered provider, we can provide a service agreement if the NDIA manages your plan, enabling us to personalise our services to meet your needs.
The NDIA will provide detailed information about your disability support requirements, allowing us to tailor our services accordingly.
