You can benefit from our domestic service if you meet the eligibility criteria for NDIS cleaning services. As an NDIS registered provider, we work with the NDIA to ensure we’ve integrated your specific disability-related needs into a personalised cleaning plan. We’ll assign you an NDIS-approved cleaner to take care of your home, and the specific details of the service will be determined based on how you manage your current NDIS plan.
Signing an Active Service Agreement is required to use our house cleaning services if you have a Plan Manager who oversees your NDIS services.
Your Plan Manager will handle the negotiation process for this agreement, using it to manage your NDIS funds.
If desired, we can provide a separate invoice for your financial receipts, ensuring your active participation in managing your funds.
Self-managed participants can either obtain a service agreement prepared by us or proceed without one.
Either way, all self-managed participants must book cleaning services through our website or customer service team using a credit or debit card, pay on the day of service, and receive an invoice you can claim through the myplace NDIS portal.
Being an NDIS registered provider, we can offer you a service agreement if the NDIA manages your plan. This agreement enables us to customise our services according to your requirements.
