You can access our domestic service if you qualify for NDIS cleaning services. As an NDIS registered provider, we work closely with the NDIA to incorporate your specific disability-related requirements into a personalised cleaning plan. We will assign an NDIS-approved cleaner to maintain your home, and the service details will be determined based on your current plan management.
To start using our house cleaning services, it is necessary to sign an Active Service Agreement if you use a Plan Manager to oversee your NDIS services.
Your Plan Manager will handle the negotiations for this agreement, using it to manage your NDIS funds.
If preferred, we can provide a separate invoice for your financial receipts, allowing you to be actively involved in managing your funds.
Self-managed participants can obtain a service agreement we prepared or go ahead without one.
However, if you are a self-managed participant, you must book cleaning services through our website or customer service team via credit or debit card, pay on the day of service, and receive an invoice you can claim through the myplace NDIS portal.
As a registered NDIS provider, we can provide services with a service agreement if the NDIA manages your plan.
