How does an NDIS clean work?

Since we are a registered NDIS provider, we work directly with the NDIA to ensure that your disability requirements are included in our cleaning plan and that a certified NDIS cleaner is the one tidying up your space. The exact specifications of this service also rely on how you manage your existing NDIA plan.
Plan Managed
For those who have allocated a Plan Manager to oversee their NDIS, an Active Service Agreement must be signed with us before house cleaning services can begin. These negotiations are made through the services of your Plan Manager, who then utilises the agreement to manage your NDIS funds. A separate invoice for your financial receipts is always allowed if desired.
Self Managed
Self-managed participants can contact us to have the service agreement drafted by our experienced team, or choose to obtain NDIS house cleaning services without one. Either way, you must book throught our customer service teams or website and pay on the day. The invoice of which will be sent immediately after to you to be transferred to your myplace NDIS Portal for claiming.
Agency Managed
Since we are a registered provider, an agency-managed client can entrust the NDIA to take care of the entire agreement process. The NDIA’s intimate knowledge of your disability and its support needs means the agreement will be perfectly tailored to fit you.
