These services are on offer for those already registered with the NDIA and have NDIS cleaning services included in their NDIA plan.
Plan Managed
Plan-managed participants of NDIS require an Active Service Agreement with us before any services can be provided.
Your chosen Plan Manager is usually the point of contact that will provide this agreement, which they can use in managing your NDIS funds.
Request for a separate invoice can also be met so you remain in participation with the management of your funding.
Self Managed
Self-managed participants can contact us to have the service agreement drafted by our experienced team, or choose to obtain NDIS house cleaning services without one.
Either way, you must book throught our customer service teams or website and pay on the day.
The invoice of which will be sent immediately after to you to be transferred to your myplace NDIS Portal for claiming.
Agency Managed
If an NDIA agency manages your plan, a service agreement can easily be provided due to our status as a registered NDIS provider.
This agreement can be specified to your needs because the NDIA has in-depth information about your disability and its needed workarounds.
