As an NDIS registered provider, we work with the NDIA to create a customised plan for your disability-related needs. We will assign a cleaner to assist you in maintaining your home and base the scope of the service on your NDIA plan.
Plan Managed
Sign an Active Service Agreement to start house cleaning services with us.
Your Plan Manager will negotiate and manage your NDIS funds through the agreement if you have one.
If you require, we can provide a separate invoice for your financial records, allowing you to stay in control of your funds.
Self Managed
Self-managed participants may opt for a service agreement from us or forgo one.
All self-managed participants must book cleaning services via our website and pay on the day of the service.
An invoice will be issued, which you can claim through the myplace NDIS portal.
Agency Managed
As an NDIS provider, we offer a service agreement if the NDIA manages your plan, allowing us to customise our services to meet your needs.
The NDIA will give us thorough information about your disability support needs so that we can provide assistance tailored to you.
