How does an NDIS clean work?

Before booking a visit from one of our NDIS cleaners, check your eligibility on our NDIS cleaning services page.


The NDIS covers those whose disability prevents them from taking care of basic cleaning tasks and thus can utilise Absolute Domestics for their cleaning needs.


By working closely with the NDIA, we guarantee that our services will cover your disability-related needs in a personalised cleaning plan. This is achieved by training select members of staff to uphold NDIS standards of care when taking on the task of cleaning your home.

Plan managed

For those with a Plan Manager overseeing their NDIS services, an Active Service Agreement is required before house cleaning services can begin.


Negotiations for the Agreement will also be conducted by said manager, who will use this agreement to manage your NDIS funds.


If you want to have a role in managing your funds, we can also provide a separate invoice for your personal financial receipts.

Self-managed

If you currently manage your NDIS funds, you can choose between signing service agreements with us or continuing with our services without one. 


No matter the choice, all self-managed participants are required to book online and make a payment on the day of cleaning. After that, you can claim an invoice through the myplace NDIS portal.

Agency managed

Absolute Domestics can also offer a service agreement as a registered NDIS business, but only to those whose plan is managed by the NDIA.


This agreement secures personalised services that will support your disability requirements, as provided by the NDIA.
