For those clients who are very busy they may need the service more than once a week and for this we would recommend the housekeeping service. This can be 2-6 times per week and you have the option to book anywhere from 2 – 6 hours, depending on what you need done and the size and commitments of the household.

Our housekeeping clients tend to be looking for someone to keep on top of both the cleaning and the general domestic tasks that can be a challenge when you’re strapped for time. This includes everything you might want cleaned like bathrooms, kitchen etc and tasks like washing, ironing, putting away clothes, unpacking and packing the dishwasher, putting away groceries, sorting and organising cupboards and rooms.  

Spring Clean  

The spring clean service is delivered by our more experienced cleaners. They specialise in providing these one-off services. A spring clean is perfect for when you haven’t had a chance to do a deep clean for a while. This service is great for family visits, big parties and events or even if you just want to get a full clean reset.  

What Can Be Included  

Our spring clean is completely customisable. Many clients are looking for full deep clean of the house, scrubbing the oven, cleaning walls and skirtings boards, deep cleaning the bathroom etc. But it is completely up to each client, their home, their cleaning priorities and even their budget, you can arrange to have the most difficult tasks done and complete the rest yourself to keep the costs down.  

Move In / Out Clean  

As you might expect from the name this cleaning service is designed for those who have just moved into a new home or are just moving out. Our move in / move out cleaners are highly experienced specialists.  Generally, we suggest this type of cleaning service for an empty house, this makes it easier for the cleaner to get into every nook and cranny.   

What Can Be Included 

Like all our services this service can be tailored to your needs. It’s up to you what you want included. You can elect to complete some of the cleaning yourself or leave it all up to the specialists. Most people who get this clean want the walls, skirting boards and floors cleaned, a deep clean of the kitchen including the oven and rangehood as well as a deep clean of the bathrooms.  

End Of Lease Cleaning  

When you’re leaving a rental, you have enough to worry about without stressing over scrubbing the walls. End of lease cleaning or bond cleaning is specifically designed to ensure you get your bond back. In order for us to guarantee the clean meets your real estate’s standards, you need to inform us at the agency that this is a bond clean. This will usually also include a list from your real estate on what needs to be cleaned, and this will need to be provided to the cleaner.  

What Can Be Included  

What you need to clean is going to depend on your real estate and rental, but generally you will need to have all fixtures, walls, bathrooms, kitchen, oven and cupboards cleaned. The exact list will be provided to you by your real estate, and you’ll need to give this list to your cleaner. It is important to note that if you are required to hire carpet cleaners you will need to do this in addition to getting your bond clean and we do not do any cleaning outside of the house. This means if you have a backyard or outdoor area your cleaner won’t be able to clean these areas for you.
