You’d love to have a cleaner…but how does it work?
We are a booking agency that provides trustworthy and reliable cleaners for our clients. From police-checks to training & insurance, we take the hard work out of finding the right cleaner to help with the household chores. All you need to do is decide how many hours based on your budget and what chores you’d like covered in that time. Our friendly area coordinators are your point of contact should you wish to change arrangements, or change cleaner. Let us take care of the housework for you.
Once your booking is received, an Area Coordinator allocates a qualified cleaner to suit your needs. We then call you to let you know who we selected and pass on their details.
Your cleaner will contact you to organise a time to meet. You can then discuss what you would like achieved in the timeframe allocated, the products and equipment to be used and how the cleaner will access the home.
Absolute Domestics’ cleaners are paid on the day of each service by either cash or internet transfer. For a catchup clean or one-off service, our preferred method is cash unless the cleaner indicates otherwise. All of these transactions are paid directly to your cleaner and the cleaner will leave a receipt on the day of the clean.
